I take responsibility for product decisions — especially when they’re hard to reverse.
Most of the work starts in one of two places: an idea that needs to become real — or a product that needs to be rethought.
In early stages, I help define what’s worth building — and what isn’t. We align on direction, constraints, and what success looks like before committing.
I stay with the product team to take it from direction to shipped — as the person responsible for product decisions across strategy, design, and execution.
In more mature products, I step in when things start to drift. Improving usability, reshaping flows, or redefining the product when needed.
I don’t separate strategy, design, and delivery.
In practice, you don’t need three roles.
You need one person responsible for how the product moves forward.
If you can’t afford to get product decisions wrong — we should talk.
I work with one or two teams at a time, typically over 4–12 months — long enough to take ownership and see things through.
